Routine Teeth Cleaning and Check-ups
We recommend having teeth cleaning and check up every 6 months for healthy gum patients.
Digital X-rays
The equipment used in digital radiography exposes dental patients to much less radiation than a conventional X-rays.
Fluoride Treatment
Helps prevent tooth decay by making the tooth more resistant to acid attacks from plaque, bacteria, and sugars in the mouth. It also reverses early decay.
Resin Filling
A composite filling is a tooth-colored resin used to restore decayed teeth. Composites are also used for cosmetic improvements of the smile by changing the color of the teeth or reshaping disfigured teeth.
Crown and Bridge
A crown is a restoration that covers, or "caps", a tooth to restore it to its normal shape and size, strengthening and improving the appearance of a tooth. Crowns are necessary when a tooth is generally broken down and fillings won't solve the problem. If a tooth is cracked, a crown holds the tooth together to seal the cracks so the damage doesn't get worse. Crowns are also used to restore a tooth when there isn't enough of the tooth remaining to provide support for a large filling, attach a bridge, protect weak teeth from fracturing, restore fractured teeth, or cover badly shaped or discolored teeth.
Implant Abutment and Crown
Dental implants are artificial tooth roots, similar in shape to screws. When dental implants are placed in your jawbone, they bond with your natural bone. They become a sturdy base for supporting one or more artificial teeth, called crowns. A connector, known as an abutment, is placed on top of the dental implant to hold and support your crowns. The crowns are custom-made to match your natural teeth and fit your mouth. Modern dental implants have been used successfully for over 30 years. They are the strongest devices available to support replacement teeth; and even better, they allow these new teeth to feel, look, and function naturally.
Root Canal Therapy
A root canal is a treatment to repair and save a badly damaged or infected tooth. The procedure involves removing the damaged area of the tooth (the pulp), cleaning and disinfecting it and then filling and sealing it. Root canal treatment is typically painless and often leaves you with less discomfort during recovery than if you have your natural tooth extracted.
Night Guard for TMJ Pain and Grinding
Custom made guard covers the teeth to protect them from the strong vertical forces caused by grinding, which causes teeth to crack, break, and, over decades, slowly wear the teeth away to stubs. NTI (Nociceptive Trigeminal Inhibition) device works to train your muscles to relax. The NTI keeps your teeth from touching when you are asleep making it impossible for you to clench your teeth. As you train your muscles to relax, you can change your bruxism habits.
